1. How does this passage give us a “taste of heaven on earth”? Share some examples from your life where everything “seems right” and you wish that the moment would last forever. How do those longings point us to the eternal kingdom?

3. Read Acts 4:32; Philippians 2:1–4. What does it look like for the church to be “one”? How can our church grow in this area? How can you grow in this area?
4. Read Acts 4:33. What is the connection between the “great grace” of this verse and the testimony of the apostles (i.e., the gospel)?
5. Read Acts 4:34; Psalm 103:13. In our sermon, we saw that compassion is a “gut level feeling” that compels us to act. Using this description, would you say that you are a person of compassion? Why or why not? How can we grow in compassion?
