Lot is one of the most paradoxical characters in the Bible. While 2 Peter 2 calls him "righteous," his actions in Genesis 13-19 are anything but. So how do we reconcile this? To put it frankly, by looking in the mirror. The modern-day church is filled with people like Lot. People who are conflicted, compromised, and torn between following God and the world.
